Settlement Information

A settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit against Playstudios US, LLC (“Playstudios”), alleging claims under Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, New Jersey, and Massachusetts State laws based on the sale of virtual chips in the following social casino-themed games: myVEGAS Facebook, myVEGAS Mobile, www.myvegas.com, Pop! Slots, myKONAMI Slots, MGM Slots Live, myVEGAS Blackjack, and myVEGAS Bingo (the “Applications”). Playstudios denies all claims and denies that it violated any law, but has agreed to the settlement to avoid the uncertainties and expenses associated with continuing the case.

Who Is a Class Member?

You are a Settlement Class Member if you spent money to play the Applications in the following time periods in the following States:

  • Alabama: any Application from March 8, 2022, through June 30, 2026.
  • Ohio: any Application from July 26, 2022, through June 30, 2026.
  • New Jersey: any Application from January 2, 2024, through June 30, 2026.
  • Massachusetts: any Application from July 26, 2022, through June 30, 2026.
  • Tennessee: any Application from November 12, 2022, through June 30, 2026.
  • Kentucky: any Application from July 5, 2018 through June 29, 2023.

 You will receive the benefits in virtual currency and will give up your rights to sue Playstudios about the claims in this case.

 You must submit a valid election form either online or by mail. You may receive the benefits in a payment, virtual currency, or both.

Exclude Yourself

by October 21, 2026

 To exclude yourself, you must affirmatively submit a request to be excluded in accordance with the settlement. You will receive no benefits, but you will retain any rights you currently have to sue Playstudios about the claims in this case.
